At Ana w Anta, we strive to provide the best educational experience for all our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.

1. Course Access and Refund Eligibility

  • Subscription-Based Access: If you purchase a subscription to access multiple courses, you can request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
  • Single Course Purchases: If you purchase a single course, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 50% of the course or accessed its content.

2. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or credits
  • Any content or products once fully accessed or downloaded
  • Membership or subscription fees once the renewal has been processed

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@anawanta.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  • All requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@anawanta.com.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Course Access: If you request to cancel before starting a course, you are eligible for a full refund, as long as the cancellation is within 14 days of the purchase.
  • After Course Access: If you request a cancellation after you have started a course, only partial refunds are allowed as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

6. Changes to This Policy

Ana W Anta reserves the right to update or change this refund policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last update will be clearly mentioned at the top of the page.
